Ky-Bu: The latest
fitness craze
In light of the recent fitness craze sweeping the nation I have decided
to jump on the proverbial band wagon. My fitness regimen is not new but
rather it is tried and tested over time, and it will not cost you $59.95.
The key to Ky-Bu , is alternating short sustained bursts
of energy with long sustained periods of meditation. An example of my
daily workout might consist of streaking up and down the hallway in my
house from under the bed, to over the couch and back, or waiting for the
door to open, then rushing out at the lurking mounds of snow (in the winter
of course). Sometimes I might blast in figure eights around the living
room furniture or vigorously shake one or more of my toys. The "Bu" in
Ky-Bu stands for Burst, so be creative.
The other portion of my workout, long sustained periods
of meditation, is just as, or perhaps more important. I call it power-napping
and it is vital for re-energizing and maintaining spiritual harmony. For
more pointers on this technique be sure to see my Kylie
knows comfort page. With enough practice at Ky-Bu you can reach my
level of expertise where I occasionally combine these two methods. During
a power-nap I may be seen kicking my legs or moving my head and tail vigorously.
Observers may think I'm dreaming, actually I'm working out while sleeping,
I mean meditating! This saves valuable time.
Another
integral part of the Ky-Bu workout is providing fuel for your body. I
supplement my well balanced diet with as many cookies as possible. And
don't underestimate the number of calories burned off while begging for
supplements. For
me it involves doing step aerobics, hopping up and down from the cookie
bar, as well as a little tae kwon do waving my paws around to get some
attention.
So you see there's no need to buy a "butt-cruncher" a
"thigh-buster" or some over rated video workout. Just try Ky-Bu and you'll
soon see a new you.
