Sorry I haven’t been blogging recently, I’ve been busy with my new summer fun swimming sessions!
(Actually it’s the latest manifestation of my parents’ paranoia, they think swimming is good, low-impact exercise for me.)
This is the “endless” pool at CRCG..

And in the pool I go..

When I got out they were so proud and excited for me they forgot to take pictures! But I shook off and ran around and had a great time, and the second time was even better! So now you know how I’ll be keeping cool this summer.

Last weekend I overdid it a bit (sometimes I still think I’m a pup), so I was a little stiff and sore for a couple days – no big deal really. But my parents are so paranoid they wanted to make sure I got all checked out.

So I got the doctor to take my picture, so you could look at me from inside as well..

No worries though, they said my spine and all my other inside stuff looks fantastic! And I’m back in my usual form, by the way!

ps: the clearly defined, little white ball in the x-rays is one of the beebee’s left behind after the drive-by that i was a victim of before my adoption. those bastards.. then again that’s how i got so street smart!

Like my new clothes? They really “fit” me, don’t ya think?

After a long week of sightseeing (and causing trouble), it was time to pack up.

Waiting at the gate for our flight to depart from SEATAC, the pilot came over personally and introduced himself to me and let me know I was in good hands.

And when we landed in DEN, he came and checked on me again personally to make sure I enjoyed my flight, which I mostly slept thru.

I let him know I thought the landing was a little bumpy (and he said he really couldn’t deny that), but otherwise things were just fine!

Thanks, Alaska Airlines, for your attention to my needs!

In Washington we visited Auntie Lisa & Cousin Gracie.

Then we went to Vancouver for the day – that’s in Canada, eh.

And I even rode a ferry!

Good thing I’ve got good sea legs.. probably because I was born on an island!

So we made a trip to the Evergreen State – that’s Washington,

and the Emerald City – that’s Seattle.

It was cool (figuratively), yet warm (literally), but not at all wet – go figure!
